Prior to co-founding Vilar-Hoynack Construction Company, Arthur enjoyed a 27-year career at Arellano Construction Company.
Starting as an Estimator and Scheduler, Arthur used his vision and initiative to develop what clients state to be one of the best Pre-Construction services process in the industry. Over the last 27 years, Arthur’s energy and drive quickly established a Pre-Construction department that was essential in the growth of the company to over $300 million a year in revenue with three offices in Florida.
He will now use all of this experience and evolution of his own process, to lead the way for Vilar-Hoynack Construction Company.
Arthur holds a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University and a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the University of Florida.
Arthur was born in Saddle Brook, New Jersey and has been happily married for 23 years and has three daughters and one son.
