Overview
Project consists of installation of underground chilled water and Emergency Power from NW 11th Ave and routed across NW 12th Ave. and connected to existing UM Hospital Tower. Also included was the construction of a new emergency electrical room and modifications of existing Mechanical plant to provide new chilled water services into existing Hospital tower. All underground work was fast tracked and mostly done after- hours to avoid interruptions to hospital services.
