Overview
Work consisted of phased complete gut and renovation of floors 2-5 at the Baptist Tower building total 90,880 sf. Each floor has 51 patient rooms that were completely upgraded. 2nd floor were remodeled to accommodate Graduate Medical Education Sleep rooms and Inpatient Dialysis Treatment Unit. The scope included replacement of windows, renovation of central core and new MEP systems.
