Baptist Health South Florida Pembroke Pines Integrated Care Center

Currently under construction. The new facility is a 3-Story 74,500 gross sq. ft. on a 4.66 acre site. The first floor is an off-campus emergency department. Second floor will be medical offices and third floor is a shelled space for future medical offices. The building(s) envelope is reinforced masonry with metal composite and precast concrete panels & stucco. Project also contains on-site parking, civil, site development and landscaping. This 24-hour emergency facility will include treatment rooms, Xray, CT scan, resuscitation rooms and laboratory.
