UHealth Tower 6th Floor South Patent Rooms

Renovation of South wing of the 6th floor of the UM Hospital Tower. The scope included replacing all finishes, cabinetry, ceiling, headwall and flooring. Replacement of all CAV boxes, replacement of all plumbing fixtures, expansion of med gas to rooms, replacement of all light fixtures, new electrical panels, update circuitry to meet new code and new low voltage runs.
