Overview
Currently under construction, vertically phased renovation of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, including lobby, corridors, nurse stations, NICU, OR and 130 patient rooms, of the Lake Pavilion building at Baptist main campus. Project scope will also include exterior fenestration replacement, wall, decorative grill work, roofing repairs as well as MEP upgrades and replacement.
