UM Deerfield 2nd-Floor Pharmacy

We are in the progress of renovating approximately 15,355 SF of the second floor of the existing building to provide pharmacy support to Chemotherapy patients. The build out will include a pharmacy with support spaces, temporary patient check in area, and a temporary staff break room with work support spaces. It will include the demolition, construction, and maintaining facility operations during occupancy.
