University of Miami Healthcare Clinic at Miami Beach

This project is currently under construction, and it includes the interior completion of an existing empty shell space for a healthcare clinic on the third floor of the existing building. It will also include the addition of a glass storefront and door, as well as all new interior lights, receptacles, HVAC, equipment, sinks, and the relocation/replacement of existing fire sprinkler heads.
