Interior renovation of existing empty shell space for a biorepository (frozen specimen storage) processing lab and office inside the CEP ground floor. Exterior work for new LN2 tank. Includes 1,596 biorepository, 1,184 wet lab, DNA room, tissue culture lab, ETBR, RNA lab, office and storage room for liquid nitrogen.
