UMHC Sylvester North 2nd-Floor CTU Renovation

Renovated the existing cancer treatment unit: 13, 920 SF located on the second floor of the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. The scope of work involves the installation of new partitions, flooring, base, wall finishes, and new acoustical lay in ceiling, new lighting casework, and furniture partitions. It also involved the renovation of parts of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, as well as the replacement of the previous air handler with an existing one. This project was completed in two phases.
